The licensee shall use the licensed program and materials to assist in the design and specification of the said "Westlam", "WSL", "IJC-Westlam", and "CSA-0122 glulam" products only. The licensee accepts the licensed program and materials and shall use the same entirely at its own risk.
No warranties, either express or implied, are given by the supplier hereunder. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the supplier specifically does not warrant that the licensed program is reasonably fit for any particular purpose, or will meet all or any of the licensees requirements, or will operate in all or any of the combinations which may be selected for use by the licensee, or that the operation of the licensed program will be error free, merchantable or uninterrupted, or that any program defects will be corrected.
